MEDICAL & MEDICAL MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

Occupational Nurse/Safety Officer: (Full-time) The Occupational Nurse/Safety Officer’s duties require the facilitation, tracking and management of the employee health program. Responsible to observe and assess the employees health status with respect to job tasks and hazards, ability to evaluate employee work stations based on the physician’s restrictions or modifications. Additional duties include developing and maintaining the corporate fire, safety, and disaster plans, OSHA notifications and standard requirements, and the Institute for Medical Quality (IMQ) accreditation standards. Min Qualification: AA/Bachelors degree; current CA RN license; proficient in the application and use of Windows, Word Perfect, Excel, Outlook and the Internet; requires 2 years work experience in safety compliance and programs for a health care/medical organization. Location: Redlands

Registered Nurse: (Full & Part - time) The Registered Nurse provides expert professional nursing care; assess plan, implements and evaluates the care rendered to patients with urgent, emergent or potential health problems; and participates in the management of the department. Assist in department as directed by Manager. Qualifications: Current CA RN license, Current CPR certification, injection certification, excellent patient education skills, telephone triage skills, good management and interpersonal skills, previous experience preferred. Location: Various Departments

LVN: (Full-time) The Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems. He/She utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics. He/She sill be an integral participant in the organization and management of the physician’s practice for the duration of the time assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; current State of California LVN license; current BLS certification; IV certification; two years previous experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; bilingual preferred. Location: Redlands/Banning

Ophthalmic Assistant I: (Full-time) The Ophthalmic Assistant I performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a Nurse Manger and/or physician. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant or Ophthalmic Assistant diploma or certificate; one year prior Ophthalmic Assistant experience; Certified Ophthalmic Tech. preferred; current CPR; good interpersonal relationship skills required. Location: Redlands

Medical Assistant: (Full-time) Under the direction of the Facility Manager, a Medical Assistant receives phone messages from patients and other departments; directs calls accordingly and appropriately. Assists physician practices as feasible and keeps nurses stations organized and supplied and assists in department as directed by Supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant diploma or certificate; current CPR; previous experience preferred; telephone screening skills a must; good interpersonal relationship skills. Location: Various

Radiology Technologist: (Full-time Wednesday - Sunday 8 hr day shifts Part time & On-Call also available) ARRT/CRT & Fluoro CRT certification is required, CRT Mammo preferred. Location: Highland, Redlands Sign-on/Retention Incentives up to $1,500 for FT. 15% shift differential for P.M. shifts & weekend hours.

Mammographer: (Full-time, Part-time & per diem) Prefer minimum 1 year experience; ARRT and CRT fluoro and mammography required. Sign-on/Retention Incentives up to $1,500 for FT. 15% shift differential for P.M. shifts & weekend hours. Location: Various
