Administrative Support Positions Support Clerk II: Registration & Medical Records (Full-time) Under the direction of the department Supervisor performs various routine and more difficult and / or multi-taking clerical duties as defined in department operating procedures or supervisory instructions; deals regularly with other support operations personnel to ensure excellent internal and external service and public relations. Minimum requirements include, High School diploma or equivalent; excellent written, and verbal interpersonal communication skills; typing/word processing skill of 30 wpm; working knowledge of health insurance companies; ability to answer incoming telephone calls; strong customer service skills required. Location: Redlands Support Clerk II: Registration (Part-time) Under the direction of the department Supervisor performs various routine and more difficult and / or multi-taking clerical duties as defined in department operating procedures or supervisory instructions; deals regularly with other support operations personnel to ensure excellent internal and external service and public relations. Location: Banning Answering Service Operator I: (Part-time) Works under general supervision to operate the central communications center so that all telephone calls and paging are processed promptly; and serves as the “first line” in customer services and public relations. May be assigned to take all incoming calls after hours; answer all basic questions regarding directions, cancel appointments; and, locating doctors on call, ability to refer medically related calls to the triage nurse. Support Clerk I: Medical Records - (Full-time) Under the direction of the Medical Records Supervisor, is responsible for such duties as sort and file documents; update and purge files as instructed; answer incoming phone calls; handles incoming and outgoing faxes; assist in other routine functions within the department as requested by the Manager. Minimum requirements include, High School diploma or equivalent; willingness to do a variety of work in a busy setting; ability to handle heavy phone calls; computer experience required; typing of 25 wpm preferred. Courier: (Full-time) The Courier works under general supervision to distribute and deliver mail, mail supplies, linen, and other items within the corporate office/or facility locations as assigned. . Minimum requirements include, High School diploma or equivalent; hard working, self motivated individual; current California drivers license required; clear DMV printout must be submitted with application; ability to lift 50 lbs.
